Effective 21 March 2026, Asgard accounts in scope for the move to BT Panorama have been transferred successfully.
You will have read only access to Investor Online and can continue to access historical information related to your closed account(s) until early 2027.
Other accounts
For AMP, LifeFocus and Personal Choice Private investors, you can also continue to access historical information related to your closed account(s) until early 2027.

To access Investor
Online you just need to enter both your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and account number. For security, these were sent separately to you.
Forgotten or lost your PIN?
If you've forgotten your PIN, simply click the 'Forgotten PIN' link. To use this facility, you'll need to answer a few verification questions and ensure we already hold your email address on our system. If not, you'll need to call us first so we can update your email details.
